PLATINUM FOR GOOGLE STADIA BY EXPONEX
Google has launched its new cloud gaming service at the event. Google Stadia made its debut as a new IP at the gamescom 2019. Exponex was approached by its long-term client TTG to manufacture Stadia stand. The task was finding a fun and experiential way of communicating the unique selling points of the platform. Since the Google Stadia activation was scheduled at the event, the stand should communicate the main message – Stadia elevates the experience of gaming by allowing the gamers to jump automatically into the game without the hassle of logging in and waiting for the game to load.
How to tell visitors Stadia elevates the gaming experience to the new level? Take them to the new level. Exponex made a branded glass elevator that took guests up to a third-floor deck. From that place visitors could feel how gamers can jump, well technically speaking, slide right into their games. To illustrate that feature, we installed a three-story slide that instantly transported attendees in front of a green screen and into a variety of game.
Even though the Fair administration approvals for all mentioned stand parts were difficult to get, Exponex presented as the first three-story exhibit, an elevator and a slide at the gamescom. The whole original stand design made a huge impact on attendees – a very successful debut for Stadia!
Even this example proves that nothing is impossible for Exponex.
